MANI’S SALAD WITH ORANGES
INGREDIENTS
4 medium potatoes, boiled, cold
1 orange, peeled
1 large onion, chopped
10 kalamata olives
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
Salt and pepper
METHOD
In a bowl put the potatoes cut into slices, salt them and sprinkle with oregano (optional) and pepper. Add the orange, onion, olives and sprinkle with olive oil. Mix well and serve at room temperature. Ideally it is accompanied with grilled meat and fish.
