CAKE WITH OLIVE OIL AND OLIVES
INGREDIENTS
80g. powdered sugar
80g. olive oil
60ml sour milk
120gr. baking powder
1 large egg (60-65gr.)
80g. olives pitted (not too salty)
Sugar and rosemary for garnish
METHOD
In a bowl mix the olive oil, sour milk, sugar and the egg. Add into this porridge, flour and baking powder. Mix well and pour into a baking formed pan that we have previously lubricated and sugared. On top place the olives and sprinkle with sugar and rosemary. Bake it in a preheated oven at 160-170 ºC for approximately 30-35 minutes
